Refund Policy

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & STORE CREDIT...



READY TO SHIP ARTWORK (NOT INCLUDING PRIVATE COLLECTION PAINTINGS):
It's incredibly important to us that our clients are happy with their new painting. If you are not happy with your painting, you may return the painting for a refund or exchange it for a store credit. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your painting for your return confirmation and instructions. As soon as we receive the artwork and it passes inspection you will receive a refund minus a 10% restocking charge.

For returns, please email info.skywhitmanfineart@gmail.com with the subject "Returns" and include your name and the reason for the return.

Buyer pays return shipping costs: All returns must be shipped back to us fully insured with a tracking number and shipped within 7 days after the order delivery. Paintings must be returned in the same condition as it arrived to you in. Please note: That ship costs on most of our artwork can run well over $200. 

PRIVATE COLLECTION ARTWORK:
As soon as any private collection paintings are purchased there are no returns, refunds or cancellations.

MADE TO ORDER & CUSTOM PAINTINGS:
As soon as any custom or made to order paintings are purchased there are no returns, refunds or cancellations. Please understand that once an order is placed, our studio immediately starts to purchase your supplies and our artists get right to work to create you something spectacular. Our artists are always happy to make a few art adjustments to ensure you love your new painting.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PRINTS:
There are no returns, refunds or cancellations on any downloadable items.

DISCOUNTED ARTWORK & ART ON SALE:
There are no returns, refunds or cancellations for any discounted or sale items.


IMPORTANT:
 We have never had a painting damaged during shipping, our packaging is very strong. If you receive a damaged painting you must save the damaged box so we can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to see the box and painting to launch their investigation. All of our paintings ship fully insured.

RECEIVING A BOX THAT LOOKS DAMAGED: If you receive your painting and the box looks crushed, the best thing to do is to take a photo of the box (before you open it), just in case the painting is damaged inside. This will be a huge help with filing a claim against the delivery company. Thank you.

Full refunds including all shipping fees are given if there is a MAJOR typo in our listing or a painting is damaged during shipping.
